Every lead arrives with a scope brief: roof, usage, goals and budget, gathered before you're introduced. Fewer tyre-kickers, fewer wasted site visits.

Flat fees, never a percentage

You pay a flat referral fee per billable lead and keep your margin. A lead you reject by the end of the calendar month (Perth time) it was sent costs nothing. We never take a percentage of your job value.

No subscription, no exit fee

You don't need a paid subscription to receive leads. You pay a flat referral fee only for billable leads, and a lead you reject by month end costs nothing. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice.

How joining works

Three steps, about a week

Complete the onboarding wizard

Business details, ABN, service coverage and credentials. Only the essentials are required — skip the rest and finish it later from your dashboard.

We check your application

We check your credential documents and email you as soon as it's decided.

Leads arrive in your portal

Leads land in your WattMate portal with the full scope brief. A lead sent only to you is delivered straight away; a shared lead comes with a confirm step. A lead goes to one installer unless the homeowner asked for more than one quote, and then it is shared with up to three.

If your ABN, licence, SAA accreditation or insurance lapses and isn't renewed within 14 days, your membership is removed and leads stop.

The onboarding wizard walks you through business details, service coverage, credentials and the installer agreement. Only the essentials are required up front — skip anything else and finish it later from your dashboard.

Have these ready: your ABN, WA electrical contractor licence number (yours or your subcontracted electrician's), SAA accreditation number, and public liability insurance details. The application takes about six to seven minutes. We review each application and email you as soon as it's decided.
