By accessing and using the services provided by WattMate Pty Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at wattmate.com.au (the "Service"), operated by WattMate Pty Ltd · ABN 27 687 682 220 ("us", "we", or "our").

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on WattMate's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WattMate's website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

WattMate acts as a platform connecting customers with WattMate Members. We do not directly provide installation services but facilitate connections between customers and WattMate Members.

A WattMate Member has joined WattMate's installer network and can receive quote requests through us. Membership is granted by WattMate and can be removed. Our relationship with a WattMate Member is commercial, and membership is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a quality rating. We have no commercial relationship with, and do not endorse, any other listed business; a public listing is a public record of the business, not a recommendation. Where we hold an installer's ABN, we may check it against the Australian Business Register. We do not guarantee any installer's work.

All installation work is performed by independent contractors who are responsible for:

• Proper licensing and insurance coverage
• Compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Quality of workmanship and materials
• Warranty and post-installation support

WattMate does not provide quotes. Quotes come from independent installers, and the price and terms are between you and the installer you choose.

Our estimates and energy audit reports are estimates only, based on the information you give us. They are not quotes, and an installer's price may differ after a site inspection.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WattMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Installation work is performed by independent installers under their own contract with you; WattMate is not a party to that contract.

The materials appearing on WattMate's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WattMate does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. WattMate may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
