Stage 2 of 3 · Plan

Plan your install scope

Build a structured brief installers can quote against — roof, shading, switchboard, system size. Takes about 3 minutes. No installer contact yet — that's a separate explicit step at the end.

No installers contacted yet

Tell us about your roof

Roof type and orientation drive system sizing + installation complexity. Don't stress about exact numbers — your installer will verify on-site.

In Perth, north-facing rooftops produce ~10-20% more energy than east/west. South-facing is workable with a larger system.

Why scope before quotes?

  • · Installers receive a pre-qualified ask — fewer back-and-forth site-visit questions
  • · You discover blockers (old switchboard, single-phase limits, network feed-in caps) before committing to a quote process
  • · Your scope brief stays with you — pull it up next time, or share with a builder/sparkie for a second opinion
  • · No installers are contacted until you explicitly accept on the consent screen at the end of /get-quote
