Myenergi error codes

62 codes documented in Myenergi's inverter and battery manuals. Pick yours to see what it means, what you can safely check, and when to call your installer.

WattMate is not affiliated with Myenergi. This page summarises Myenergi's own published documentation; your installer and Myenergi are the authority on your system. WattMate doesn't repair systems or make site visits.

When to call your installer or the warranty line

Your installer is your first warranty contact. If they've gone, the manufacturer's warranty line still covers the hardware. Don't open the inverter or battery case yourself: work inside it is for a licensed electrician.

If you see smoke, scorch marks or smell burning, switch the system off at the AC and PV isolators and call your installer. If anyone is in danger, call 000.

We don't have a warranty line on file for Myenergi yet. See the manufacturer contacts we do hold, or ask your installer.

  1. Try the free fixes first

Most faults are an isolator, a WiFi drop or a known error code. Start with the lookup and guides above.

  2. Then call the people who are responsible for it

Your installer is your first warranty contact. If they've gone, the manufacturer's warranty line still covers the hardware.

    Find the manufacturer's warranty line
  3. If it's near the end of its life, see what replacing it would do

A free energy audit report sizes a new system for your actual bills and shows what a replacement would do. Your first results need no details; your details only reach installers if you ask for the full report.
