How your bill is handled
- PDFs are read on our own servers. A photo is sent to a third-party AI provider to read it.
- We don't keep the file, only the figures we read from it.
- Those figures, your postcode and your answers are kept up to 90 days after your last visit, and as long as we keep your enquiry if you ask for quotes.

What the check reads
- The part no system changes
- Your fixed daily supply charge, split out from usage — so you can see exactly how much of the bill solar or a battery could ever touch, before anyone quotes you savings on the whole thing.
- The lines people miss
