- If the fault occurs occasionally, the possible cause is that the external circuits are abnormal occasionally, inverter automatically returns to normal operating status after the fault is rectified.

When to call your installer or the warranty line
Your installer is your first warranty contact. If they've gone, the manufacturer's warranty line still covers the hardware. Don't open the inverter or battery case yourself: work inside it is for a licensed electrician.
If you see smoke, scorch marks or smell burning, switch the system off at the AC and PV isolators and call your installer. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
