When to call your installer or the warranty line
Your installer is your first warranty contact. If they've gone, the manufacturer's warranty line still covers the hardware. Don't open the inverter or battery case yourself: work inside it is for a licensed electrician.
If you see smoke, scorch marks or smell burning, switch the system off at the AC and PV isolators and call your installer. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
We don't have a warranty line on file for Potisedge yet. See the manufacturer contacts we do hold, or ask your installer.
