What it means

Meaning
Battery power control module DC switch OFF
Likely cause
1. The DC switch of the battery power control module is OFF. 2. The DC bus cable to the battery power control module is disconnected.
What the manual says to do
1. Turn off the inverter AC output switch, inverter DC input switch, and battery DC switch, and wait for 5 minutes. 2. Check the cable connections to the Battery-1/2 power control module by referring to the quick guide. 3. After checking that the battery power cables are correctly connected, turn on the battery DC switch, AC output switch, and inverter DC input switch in sequence. 4. If the alarm persists, contact your dealer or Technical support.

When to call your installer or the warranty line

Your installer is your first warranty contact. If they've gone, the manufacturer's warranty line still covers the hardware. Don't open the inverter or battery case yourself: work inside it is for a licensed electrician.

If you see smoke, scorch marks or smell burning, switch the system off at the AC and PV isolators and call your installer. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
