What it means
- Meaning
- Grid Underfrequency
- Likely cause
- The actual power grid frequency is lower than the standard requirement for the local power grid.
- What the manual says to do
- If the alarm occurs occasionally, the power grid may be abnormal temporarily. The device automatically recovers after detecting that the power grid becomes normal. If the alarm occurs frequently, check whether the power grid frequency is within the allowed range. If no, contact the local power operator. If yes, modify the grid underfrequency protection threshold through the mobile app with the consent of the local power operator.

When to call your installer or the warranty line
Your installer is your first warranty contact. If they've gone, the manufacturer's warranty line still covers the hardware. Don't open the inverter or battery case yourself: work inside it is for a licensed electrician.
If you see smoke, scorch marks or smell burning, switch the system off at the AC and PV isolators and call your installer. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
